Slide Show: it's a Gift from The Nash Group by YourEnchantedGardener .....

I have been working on a slideshow of digital images from the Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07, hosted by Amy and Steve Finley at the estate last November 29. This is what I want to come out of this slideshow.

I just received clarity about
the intent of the Slideshow that I created this week
from images at the Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07.

The event took place last Thursday, November 29,
at Malaga, the 12,244-square-foot, 7.6-acre, seven-bedroom
estate of Amy and Steve Finley in Rancho Santa Fe.

Amy is head of four- year-old Finley Design.
She is on HGTV, and has a new show of appeal
to Foodies. Amy is an Award Winner. Her husband,
Steve Finley, is a legendary baseball player, known
far and wide on the field as well as off the field for
community service.

Her kitchen, that shows in this slideshow
is one of ten kitchens up for an HGTV best kitchen award.

Amy's Finley Design kitchen is called minimalist.
I like the incredible open spaciousness
of this Finley Design project.

I can see a number of chef's and their staff working in this kitchen.

This Finley Design shows off food! It would be a Chef's dream
to prepare food in this kitchen.

It would also be a locally grown organic lettuce's dream--
a lettuce grown by Joe the Farmer, AKA, JR Rodriguez, to be
prepped in this kitchen.

The Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07, hosted by
Amy and Steve Finley, was intended to benefit those
who suffered. More than 1600 homes were lost in the recent Wlidfires that
will impact the future of San Diego for years.

Our firefighers were the main recipients of funds.
Many of them attended the event.

We need to really get up to speed helping our firefighters.
They do not have a budget that allows them to get this job done
without dipping into their own pockets!

The second beneficiary was San Pasqual Academy,
a teen home of courageous youth, a foster teen facility,
that has been the recepient of a number of benefits over the years.

My personal connection with San Pasqual is through
my friend Scott Murray. Scott is on the board of EarthFair
San Diego. At one time, he worked with JR Rodriguez and headed
by the culinary herb growing department. He is also a strong
supporter of The Slow Foods Movemet, the international reaction to Fast Food.

Scott Murray is a master gardener!
He has a heart of gold. He and wife Laura home schooled
their three extraordinary kids that I have watched grow up
since they were infants.

Scott has been "gardening" the teens at San Pasqual for a number of years.
This is his main "Enchanted Garden Project," I.e. project to unlift
humanity one seed and seed dream at a time.

Everyone--as I see it-- is here on earth to do Enchanted Garden Projects.

The Enchanted Garden is a name for our renewed earth
that we can each help grow one seed and seed dream at a time.

Doing Enchanted Garden Projects is a generic thing.
It is not as if I own the Enchanted Garden.

The Enchanted Garden is a state of consciousness.
It is also literally gardens that we can each grow in our own backyard
that are places where Soul and Soil are married.

Scott Murray is a man with Soul. He also his a master of the soil.
He knows how to make really good compost. He has a love affair
with earthworms and knows their essential purpose; to turn
injured ground again into fertile "Holy Land."

The third beneficiary of the Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07
will be migrant farm workers. The organizations involved in this benefit
are OpUSA and Care. Care specifically will help the migrant farmers.

OpUSA will help those in need. Lives were lost. People woke up
homeless. A lot of remedial action is called for.

This benefit was just the beginning of many other benefits
that are needed to return San Diego to "normal."

The "normal" I see,
would include a Rebuilding of San Diego that uses
advanced design principles, Feng Shui principles
of conscious design that integrates eco friendly
edible landscape practices with green development.

I want to see the San Diego County, the home of more
locally grown organic farms, become a model for other cities.
I want this to become a County that is known as the Nation's Finest
because of its wisdom to help its farmers.

I want the Jewel in the Rebuilding of San Diego to be its
reputation as a center for State of the Art Model Food Growing and Agriculture.

This is the Seed Dream that we planted at the recent
Enchanted Garden Plant Your Dream Altar at the recent
Pacific Symposium, November 7-11, 07.

You can see images on this Plant Your Dream Blog
of that planting.

On November 8, Jean Giblette, head of the Medicinal Herb Consortium,
planted a seed to establish the Enchanted Garden Club Grower's Network.
This would be the regional network that exists as part of the national
consortium of medicinal herb growers. It would involved giving local
farmers contracts to grow specialty crops that would then be
sold to Oriental Medicine doctors, and other alternative practitioners.

Our region--our Enchanted Garden Club Grower's Network--
aims to inspire more home gardeners as well as
support the local organic farm economy.

We will use people like Joe Rodriguez Jr,
people like Scott Murray, people like master biodynamic compost builder
Rob Farmer, to continue to inspire kids and their parents to garden.
we will also inspire that an inventory be made of lands that are currently
in organic agricutural use, and recommend other properties that
would most benefit the community by expanding local organic food development.

I called forth in the Closing Ceremony at the Pacific Symposium for each
acupuncturist to grow just one container full of living fresh food.
I suggested taking one beet and putting it in soil and surrounding it with
Diakon radish seeds. I told everyone that just having one pot was all
I was asking.

This one pot is called your Mini Portable Enchanted Garden.
The labels that adore the pots wlll available with suggested
printing on Rhimax Chemical Free paper. The labels share
various Enchanted Garden teachings. They are part of
a World Peace Starter Kit and will come complete with
a Garden Management Journal.

JOB'S TEARS

I want to make one addition for a seed
I suggest for the Min Portable Enchanted Garden.
Put in a few Job's Tears in your pot,
Seeds of Life Fulfillment.

That is what I am asking all the residents of San Diego County,
and the World to do,
Just grow one Pot! That is all I am asking!

Do this, and you will begin to have a Green Thumb. Do this
and you will have entered the world of Plant Parenthood.

Plants reparent us, as we care for them! They teach us how
to grow our own lives in harmony with Mother Earth.
Plant Parenthood returns us to our roots.
They will help us go beyond The Computer Age
into the Enchanted Garden Era, a 1000 year period
of Peace on Earth through making Peace with Earth.

The tide begins this Holiday Season and through 2008.

The gift of the season for all in the know are Job's Tears,
a small jewel like seed that anyone can grow.
The Job's Tears seeds are now available on my website here:

I use Job's Tear's in my Enchanted Gardener Coaching Practice.
Paperwork goes with growing these Seeds of Life Fulfillment.

Growing Job's Tears, you plant your intentions.
The paperwork says,
"Today I am Growing my dream.
Today I am growing a beautiful tomorrow."

Job's Tears are a delightful holiday gift.
They are a seed that are fun to grow.
Kids love to grow them. Mother Earth
makes them with a hole through them.
You can grow a necklace!

Beets are easy to grow.
I am asking each person to go to a Farmers' Market,
a food coop, a store such as Whole Foods Market,
that honors locally grown organic food grown by
locally grown farmers.

To review: Go to City Farmer's Nursery,
or an inspired nursery near you.
Get a bag of Foxfarm potting soil.
This will grow anything. Job's Tears love it!

Then, put the Beet in a container.
Make sure you have holes in the bottom!

My friends from Goldmine Natural Food in San Diego--
Jean Richardson and Gary Cunningham--
gave me a about 25 yellow buckets that formerly
had Miso in them. Those work well
for me. You can use any kind of growing container...
a five gallon black container will work fine--the kind
that need to be reused, that come with plants in them.

Next plant some diakon. Diakon seed radish
are like acupuncture needles for the soil.
They come up in a few days. They can be eaten as sprouts,
a living food. Add them to salads. Leave some grow.
They creat a long shaped root vegetable, similar looking
to a carrot, only white. You can eat this vegetable.
It will help ground you. Diakon radish are highly esteemed
in oriental medicine.

THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
WILDFIRES BENEFIT 07 SLIDESHOW

So this is what I see happening.
I have uploaded the slideshow to my first
.mac web gallery. This slide show took about
20 hours to create so far.

This is a a holiday gift to you from Enchanted Garden Sponsor
Ron Nash of The Nash Group.

You will see a number of celebrity photos on this slideshow.

There are some photos of Steve Finley,
a baseball great whose life epitomizes giving back
to his community. Steve is a former San Diego Padre
baseball player and has also played for the Arizona Diamondbacks
and other teams.

There is also a number of photos of his pal, Dave Roberts,
who also came out to our community benefit November 29.

There is also a photo of John Assaraf,
who helped popularize "The Secre,"

John is going to be doing a powerful event
coming up in February, and my friend Ron Nash
is going to help with the entertainment.

You will also find some lovely photos of some of
my new community heros on this slideshow,
including Amy Finley, co-host of the recent So Cal Wildfires benefit.

There are also some photos of Mary Beth Kellee.
Mary Beth gave me a feeling that our world was in good hands.
I loved watching her orchestra aspects of the So Cal Wildfires benefit
including the auction.

I will ask for her autograph everytime I see her!

So enjoy the slide show.

You will see a few pictures of people holding a
Silver Box, the box where I store the Job's Tears,
the Seeds of Life Fulfillment.

I tell everyone:

See this box. I know it is pretty,
It is easy to get hung up on the box,
but let's open it.
Inside the box, are the deepest dreams of humanity.
Please reach into the box, and take out the seed dreams
that have your name on them.
I do not want your deepest dreams hanging out
in my box any longer. They need to be planted,
so Plant Your Dream!

Then I ask everyone to take out their Seeds of Job's Tears.
One seed goes in a pot of soil that I bring along.
The others they take home. I plant one seed as a back up,
sp the dreams they plant will have back up support.

In the slide show, You will see Lindy planting a Seed Dream.

You will see another man with a lovely mustache
named Dave. I am coveting a few hairs from his
mustache for my own Mini Portable Enchanted Garden.
This man Dave is a jewel. He is a friend of Ron Nash,
and also a friend of Tony Robbins, another San Diego
great citizen. Dave is the CEO for Tony.

So this is the Story:

This Southern California Wildfires Benefit 07 slideshow
shows Ron Nash with some of his close friends.

It also shows Your Enchanted Gardener before
Job's Tears became the most popular seed to grow in
the good Ol US of A, and before
my Friends Steven Job and Bill Gates became Enchanted
Garden Sponsors to help bring in The Enchanted Garden Era.

The Wildfires Benefit Slide Show
also shows some slides of Amy Finley's Kitchen.

Do me a favor. That Kitchen is one of ten up for an award.
Please go here and vote for Amy's Kitchen. Do this
because Amy is a Jewel of a human being.

I am going to talk to Amy about hosting a Very Special Dinner
at her Malanga.

I want to see that lovely Onyx counter covered with locally grown
foods from her favorite local farmers--Chino--and mine--
Joe Rodriguez jr., Dennis Stowell, Steve L White, Phil & Juany Noble, Noel Stehly,
Barry Koral, Barry Cogan, Ron & Eve Teehoven, and Larry Nadeau.

I am going to ask Rob Farmer, of Moceri Produce, to make a list of all the losses
that the local organic farmers had in the recent wildfires.

I want a list of the losses from all our farmers.

We lost more than 1000 avocado trees. I know that much.

Then I want a list of what the others farmers need for Christmas!!!

We will have Christmas in March, or maybe June!

I want Joe Rodriguez Jr's dad Papa Joe to start waking up each
morning and being able to say, "Happiness is Organic!"
because you and I become friends of the farm.

Joe has been suffering for about ten years now.
That is one property we simple have to buy
and return into the hands of this fourth generation
farming family
no matter what the price tag.

Here is Your Enchanted Gardeners overall plan:

San Diego County has enough energy to Rebuild.
We have enough energy to rebuild in a way that
can inspire more local gardeners and a designs
that include more fruit bearing trees and landscapes
that honor Plant Parenthood. I am going to continue to working with
Arnold, my governor, and new Ally Robert McNeely of
the Union Bank Of California Foundation, to make sure that every school
in California has a garden, and every adult has heard of the
Mini Portable Enchanted Garden.

I am convinced we can feed every person within 100 miles on both sides of the border.
That my friend, would be True Earth Based Home Land Security that
I want to promote as Your Enchanted Gardener.

I do not see a need for a big line to cross the border
because we are afraid of terror. I believe that
Friendship is a River that has no Borders.
People who are well fed and have basic needs met,
do not hurt other people.

I am going to work with Enchanted Garden Sponsors
the the Szekely Foundation, and dear friends Deborah
and Sarah Livia Szekely to make sure that the kids
of Tecate all have Job's Tears to plant at next years
World Environment Day Festivities.

Nosotros somos vecinos del Jardin Encanto.
We are all Enchanted Garden neighbors.
Can you hear me?

DVD HOLIDAY GIFT

I am also going to talk to Ron Nash about helping me
turn this Free Slide Show into a DVD with music that
will make a wonderful Holiday gift. 50% of the funds
from the sales of the DVD will go to kickout the
Enchanted Garden Grower's Network and our Rebuild
San Diego project.

The other 50% will go for getting me and the EG Mobile
up to speed.

The EG Mobile is my 1968 VW Van that I plan to drive
schools to inspire gardens, give away Job's Tears,
and read the story of "The Comeback of Joe the Farmer."

With so much High Society and Agri Culture
coming into my life now,
I need a pair of shoes where my Pan-like toes are covered.

Much Love and Happy Holidays
from Leslie

and Members and Sponsors of
The Enchanted Garden Club
