I want to get a complete on the 24 x36 image
of the sunflower that will hang in the Pacific College of
Oriental Medicine Clinic at the San Diego Campus.

I sent one email and made a call to Andrew Gaeddart
of Health Concerns just now.

I have two other emails to complete.

I have an accupuncture appoinment to get ready for now.

I am looking at my Life Fulfillment now.

It is a good thing to be doing.

What is behind my addictions?

I want to make this a pivotal year of taking steps toward Self Fulfillment.

I am one week into my 60th Birthday.

It gives me strength to know that Dr. Bernard Jensen
did not hit his peak until 67. Then he had 20 more great years after that.

What would it be like to have Life Fulfillment for me?

I do not want to be eating in a way that harms me.

I believe a new circle of friends is beginning to form around me.

I want to be grateful for what I have, to cull it,
and bring it to fulfillment. This is saying alot.
The last four months have been horrific in many respects.

I am outgrowing unpleasant relationship patterns that have not
brought me joy.

I am eating some oatmeal now.

Still waiting for my bowel to come out of shock from abusive
eating over the last week.

Dr. Bernard Jensen had a fulfilling life...
