It is the the day after my birthday.
I just finished an acupuncture treatment.

I scheduled the appointing before leaving the house
this morning to get my teeth cleaned with Pablo Liciaga.

Then, I stopped at O.B. People's Food Coop.

Noel Stehly gave me four boxes of oranges
to promote the local organic farmers.
I had the oranged at the Enchanted Garden
Plant Your Dream Altar at the Catamaran.

I had a bunch of oranged left over.
Some are started to mold.

I have been meaning to do an orange giveaway
here at PCOM.

My intent is to use the giveaway as a teaching tool.

I want the students to support local organic farmers.

The taste test giveaway is a big seller.

I had my notebook with me from Pac Sym
with all my farmer stuff in it, including the
Support Local Organic Farmers
and the Noel Stehly sign...
Noel Stehly Organics...
Third generation locally grown at Whole Foods.

I have a sign in the Student lounge here.
It is an old one.

I was made to do give aways.

I am one of Mother Earth's give aways.
Somebody has to do this job.

To you ever think of that way,
that we are a give away,
a gift from the Earth made from her natural resources,
here to uplift this beautiful place that can
be Heaven on Earth.

I once found a quarter lying on the street.
I picked it up. I was a kid then.
I thought, gee this is my lucky day.

We have so much to be Thankful for.
I am glad we have a day for giving Thanks.
We are so busy the rest of the days.
Maybe giving Thanks is intended to be
an daily thing, an hourly thing.

I am grateful right now.

I am so grateful that I got through the
Pacific Symposium.

I wasn't sure I could do that.
My energy and self esteem has been down
for four months.

Now it is up.

Some would call that manic-depressive.
It is sort of how I am wired.
Ups and Downs. Death and Rebirth.
IT goes with being a Scorpio.

My 60th BIrthday was yesterday.

Dr. Jensen said that the three months before
our birthday are the worst energetically.
The three months following are the best.

I had a lot of oranges in the EG Mobile.

I washed them in the student lounge
and started walking around with my two laminated posters.

"Do you speak anything other than Chinese?"
I ask one delightful future doctor.
Then I ask her to read aloud the lines on the posters.
Then I offer her a locally grown organic orange.
I let her know she can get more down the street
at Whole Foods Market Hillcrest and also
support all the other farmers on my poster.

You can see the poster here
with my Farm Report.

I need a cot room right now.
I am ready for naptime for Leslie.

Noel's oranges were .99 cents a lb at O.B. People Food.
That was enough to make me want to put these to good use.
