Sunday is my day of rest. Sunday morning is when
I spend time with myself. Family or friends will
call and I slow down to reflect in a way which feels
like Sunday rather than any other day.

It is raining, and I am sitting in my fuschia fluffy
robe with no desire to dress. I am sipping coffee
and Leonard Cohen is singing in my background, "I
was there for you...".

J, a friend, writes his thoughts~~

I seen on CNN that there is some flooding in Houston. Suppose to rain here
next week, since it has not rained in 3 weeks we could use some ground
moisture. Seen where it is very dry in Atlanta.

Note that all the crazy weather didn't start until China became the number
one pollution problem in the world.

Gas prices have fallen .06 cents in the last few days. But still about $1.50
more than it should be. I am tired of hearing "We owe it to our shareholders
to screw everyone on gas prices" %¤#&!§-from the BIG oil companies.

What we need is some politicians who; 1) Have not taken a bunch of money
from oil company lobbyists. 2) Have enough backbone to stand up to BIG oil.

Hope you have a good Sunday.

I respond~~

hey J,

ha~! it floods in Houston at the drop of a rainhat
since it is poorly laid out and I learned last week
that where we live as far inland as this is, is a delta.
it is the Del Lagos Delta...so not hard to imagine
when the beaches go under, Houston will be the next
beach.

Atlanta is in the process of desertification.
Conservation though will have to be produced
by fines and other penalties or inducements...

China produced pollution BUT big corporations
moved their factories there to avoid OUR pollution
controls, and soooo, if China imposes fines on OUR
companies as well as theirs, things will shift.

still it is only buying time if we keep building
and maintaining a war machine.

my right kidney has been aching and for no reason
that I could ascribe. so I wrote my naturopath and
described everything I am doing. she is intuitive
and so while I was startled, I was not surprised
when she wrote back since she told me chemtrails
are particularly hard on the kidneys. somehow she
knew, that after months of nothing, they had begun
to spray us heavily here. I will have to remember
to keep track since I have had episodes of this
sort of pain before and it also seemed to originate
out of thin air...I guess now, it was a literal
thought. better be tending to my thinking more~!

fortunately, I have the asparagus root extract
she recommended. I had just finished that Master
Cleanse in June and gone the gamut of after-fast
cleansing, liver, parasite, liver, kidney. I have
been feeling good and out of the blue, oops there
I go again, this comes down. maybe there is even
a site where people can check out symptoms others
are having from the chemtrails. when I see them
I go inside.

my last gas was 2.87 a gallon. have not gone to
get any in a while. my tact to conserve so I do
not feel stress is buying what I need for a month
as much as possible so I can limit trips to town
to once a week for fresh stuff. I am going through
detox of wanting to get out and prowl a mall or
go to Houston to see people. there is a lesson
here though and I have yet to find the mother lode.

I am having a good Sunday, especially with the rain.
the sun is filtering through a rain SHOWER and
my window is open since it is warm and so I am
hearing it. I am drinking a mug of perfect temp
fresh ground french pressed columbian coffee which
would have rivaled anything your coffee shop put out.

instead of my usual diet of sunday pundits, I made
the choice to listen to my Leonard Cohen collection.
I watched a dvd of his recently, Im Your Man, and
it was good enough, Ive watched it 3 times which
is not something I usually do but there were things
he said that had a healing effect on me. one thing,
he said was, "you have to write something down to
abandon it". I got what he meant since as a young
girl I was a poet and had inches of carefully typed
out poetry I had tapped out on an old Underwood.
when I was ready to leave home, I built a fire and
burned all that poetry. it was a way of purging and
wiping my personal bulletin board clean. also
Leonard described how he became a Zen monk and hide
away from the world for years. since that is so much
like what I am going through, it has had an impact
on me which I had not anticipated.

aint that the way things are??

the rest of the day is promising...ggg.

blessings,
Zoe
