Sunflower Seed Art @ Pacific College Clinic by YourEnchantedGardener .....

A 24 x36 of this Sunflower Image will hang in the clinic of the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine soon. It is the first time I have had a photo on the wall. I have had that Seed Dream for many years. It will be a gift to the college from Andrew Gaeddert; Kim and Robb Blair, and new friend, John Scott.

This photo above was the inside front cover for the Pacific Symposium Handbook.

It came as a surprise!

I generally have a poem on the inside front cover.
This year Tiffany Hansen, the program director went for a magazine format.
She negotiated for the printer to use color for the inside front and back cover.

I also had the inside back cover!

When I sent her the Pjeg, there was a very small picture
of attached to my signature.

She thought that was also a picture I had sent for use.

It reproduced pixilated, but a lot of people liked it.

I made a 24 x 36 of this sunflower image.

[ This Sunflower Image has a very special history.
The Sunflower was planted by Peter Dukich, who
made Biodynamic Compost for more than 50 years.
The sunflower was planted at the Enchanted Garden Intentional Community
on Peter Dukich's 92 birthday. That was his last birthday on earth.

The image was taken a few hours after it first opened. ]

During the event, I had an idea to gift this to the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine.

On the Friday of the show, I was able to get this idea o.k.ed.

I went to three of my favorite companies with the idea that
the 24 x36 would hang in the Clinic at the College.

There will be a small listing of the companies
who are gifting it to the college.

Below are the photos of my sponsors who will be listed on this
small framed piece.

IT will say, Photo by Leslie Goldman, Your Enchanted Garden,
is a gift from TID Health, Health Concerns, and Golden Flower Chinese Herbs.

The version that will appear will have the top line only.
"Plant a seed. Grow a Whole New World!"

John Scott, founder, Golden Flower Chinese Herbs (L to R), and staff Lee Labrier, Kirsti Reed, Michelle Frantti, at the Pacific Symposium ;07.

This was the first year I connected with John Scott. He is one of the pioneers in the field.
I trust the integrity of the herbs he represents.

Wow! They carry Snow Lotus Essential Oils.
These are among my favorite brands for essential oils.
They were introduced to be by Manu Butterworth, a friend
and Enchanted Garden Club Member. They are developed by Peter Holmes.

Peter has matched Essential oils with their energetic properties as identified
within Oriental Medicine. I have a strong feeling that there will be a popularization
of the use of these essential oils as OM continues to spread as a dominant form
of medicine in America.

Kim and Robb Blair are two of my oldest friends from the Pacific Symposium.
Whenever I see my Milk Thistle growing in the garden, I think of Robb. I was first
turned on to Sylamarin (Sp?) a proven remedy for liver rebuilding by Kent Taylor,
of the Taylor's Herb Garden, years ago.
I started growing this beautiful and very sharp pointed plant in my garden.
Robb had a product that had Sylamarin.

When I was going through my Hip Revisions in 2001 & 2002, Kim sent me a box of
supplements to help me prepare and rebuild for these extensive surgeries.

They have identified more than 120 of the top supplement companies that they
represent to the Health Practitioners. I am getting a new Q-link from Robb, a device
that helps a lot for protecting from Computer EMF's. I wore more for many years and felt
results. I lost it. I can really use more support now. I sit at this 20 inch screen many hours.
It is worn around the neck.

Robb ordered 24 x 36 of this framed print to hang in the office at TID.
This is the first time I have made a blowup of this size. I am excited with the idea
of blowing more of my photos into poster size. My friends at Fromex, who I have
worked with since the 80's, did the blowup.

I will likely take a trip up to Redlands, home of TID to visit with Robb and Kim
to deliver the print. I want to see their new offices.

Health Concerns Founder Andrew Gaeddert, is one of my allies at the Pacific Symposium.
He plants a Seed Dream each year. He is a sponsor of the Altar. It takes at least five weeks of
work to put this on. Andrew has authored a valuable book on bowel health.
Bowel health is something I have to work on each Fall starting Post Pacific Symposium. It takes
everything I have to put on this Enchanted Garden Installation.
I am going to be rereading "Healing Digestive Disorders: Natural Treatments for Gastrointestinal Conditions"
this week. I have found this book helpful. My goal this winter is not to go down as I did last.
I have a tendency to get severe Inflammatory Bowel around the Holiday Season.

I always think of Andew when I visit our Pomegranate tree here.
He has a pomegranate product that makes me feel good.
I am looking forward to have some of my pomegranate photos used
as part of his artwork for that product. This will be a first for me.
