Triple SWF - Three consecutive quarts of salt water, spaced an hour apart

This was a more compact flush, then before, had intended to take it into Monday, but I committed to a lunch date and compressed it into Sunday, provided I had a early evening BM from Saturday's dinner. (Which fortunately I did).

Saturday another light dinner of fish and vegetables. Water 'til late, then my ACV mix late.

Sunday - Noon ACV mix, evening BM. Unlike last time, when I did a late lax tea to prep for the morning. I went right to an enema after the BM. It was dirty, murky muddy, grundgy, etc, but got the rest of the solid stuff out. Drank two cups of water and an hour later commenced three consecutive quarts of salt water spaced an hour apart. Didn't matter that nothing came out after the first hour ... it would. About 15 minutes into the second quart, started to see the effects of the first. Bottom line - from that first SW elimination to an hour and more after the last, my eliminations went from "dirty, murky muddy, grundgy" to nearly clear and sediment free. The following morning, did another enema just to see what would come out. - ... virtually clear.

Note: over the weekend I had shifted my Humaworm dosage from morning/evening to before noon and midnight. That made it easier to isolate the dosage on either side from anything else I was eating. Took an 11 pm dosage last night and a 10 am dosage this morning on an absolutely food free intestinal tract.
