2 - 10 Fl. oz. bottles of Swan Lemony Flavor Citroma
(Citrate of Magnesia) Saline Laxative

1 - 2oz. bottle of Clarkia

8 - 15ml bottles of of Waiora - Natural Cellular Defense (NCD) zeolite drops
(Yes I realize that is about $400 worth of product but my dad sells it and
he gave me two boxes of four, Thanx Dad.)

So I devised the following plan for a 30 day detox. I will do another fast for 30 days in January 2008 as well.

1 day of Citroma purge on first day of
10 day water fast including daily NCD and Clarkia regimen
1 day of Citroma purge on first day of
10 day Juice fast including daily NCD and Clarkia regimen
Possibly followed by another 10 day water fast with a Citroma purge on day 1 and following an NCD and Clarkia regimen throughout
Gym workout 30 minutes 3x week
