health juices for the health professional

Cold/flu formula:
carrot- 3 or 4 stalks
two grapefruit- preferably white
fresh apples- 2 or 3
inch of ginger
two peg of garlic
1/2 TEAspoon of cayenne
1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
Green juice:
carrot- 3 or 4 stalks
cilantro- half bunch
watercress-half bunch
a whole bunch of kale, swiss chard or some other green
half bunch of dandelion greens
2 or three apples if available
heaping tablespoon of wheatgrass juice powder (

1-2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
meal replacing green smoothie:
two pears
any combo of greens you want
handful of berries
water or fresh juice to thin out the smoothie
- Juices and smoothies are the answer to the time crunched health professional. I drank 44 ounces of my cold/flu juice and feel much better.
