Castor oil was recommended today for arthritic-like pain.... bone spurs, tendon hurt in hands....

Nuva Yeetah,
I visited him today.

He refilled my ayurvedic herbs.

I have been waking up with a still left hand.

My be part injury.
May be part computer.
May be part diet.

He said soak it in hot castor oil,
as hot as I can stand it.

I will try this and let you know.

Stillness feels is in the bones of the fingers....
and two sore spots lower that feel like bone spurs.
