Hi, if you haven't had your gall bladder out yet, your liver enzymes would be out of wack because of infection caused by the gallstones. you should be able to be put on an anti biotic to clear this up. YOu liver enzymes can be improved with a lemon fast cleanse and then a liver detox product. Of course if you have a large gallstone, or you have a blockage, then the surgery right away may be the only option. I can help you with both of these, if you are still having a problem.
