A few more superfoods
A few other things I yet still forgot to mention!

I also forgot to mention that just about every day I have about a tablespoon each of raw cacao nibs, goji berries and extra virgin coconut oil. I like to eat these mixed together. When the weather is cool the coconut oil gets halfway solid and that's the way I like it best. When it's hot I like to mix them up and put in the refrigerator long enough to solid up the coconut oil.
Cacao is very, very high in magnesium, which is something most Americans are deficient in. There are many other good things about raw cacao, probably best expoused in David Wolfe and Shazzie's book NAKED CHOCOLATE.
The goji berries are very high in antioxidants. There are other good things about goji that I have not yet learned to retain in my brain. I'll write more about this later. Same with the coconut oil, which is said to help the overweight become leaner.
Oh, and today I also ate as a snack, just by itself, a sheet or raw nori (like what they use to wrap sushi in).
I also had a couple cups of ginseng tea with raw honey. Yes, I did heat the water on the stove. In time I will begin to make sun tea instead. I guess this makes me 99% raw since the water was cooked, which cooked the herbs, but it's so minor I'm not going to count it. Same with using things like vanilla extract.
Well, it's getting late. It's been a good Day #2 100% raw vegan. Tomorrow my sister will take pictures of the big sores (which I think is psoriasis) on my feet and legs and also of my body, which is still 90-100 lbs. overweight. I know I am going to get well and get thin, so I can suffer the humiliation -- especially since I feel it will help others in similar conditions to feel true hope and know that they too can get well (and get thin).
Cheers,
Michele
