Superfoods, Exercise and Sungazing
Just realized I forgot to mention the superfoods I take every day.

The superfoods I take are raw and are basically whole foods that have been dried and powdered and put into capsules. Except for the krill oil. It's a liquid.
I take one krill oil capsule per day (for Omega-3);
2-3 capsules of maca root 2-3 times/day (for kickstart to thyroid and balancing of hormones);
2-3 capsules of organic kelp powder 2-3 times a day (for the range of 72 well-balanced minerals found in kelp and so hard to get from today's produce);
2-3 capsules of bluegreen algae (AFA) from Klamath Lake, especially for its chlorophyll since I can't get much in the way of leafy greens around here;
2-3 capsules of turmeric, sporadically, because it's good for inflammation and a good tonic for the heart, etc.;
1-2 capsules of Vitamin C (with bioflavinoids) per day. (Camu camu berry would be better, just couldn't afford that right now);
1 capsule of vitamin B6; and
1 small tablet of folic acid and B12.
That's about it. As times goes on I will especially want to find better ways to get the B6, B12 and vitamin C.
Most days I walk outdoors. (I don't go on days my feet hurt too much.) I'm not sure how far I am going. I walk as briskly as I can -- which is not super-slow but much slower than I can walk when my feet are in good shape. Not sure how far I am going, but it's usually a 20- to 30-minute walk. I am looking to up that to 2 or even 3 times a day. I know that walking will greatly help me improve my health and vitality.
One other thing I intend to do but keep forgetting to do is sungazing within 1 hour of sunrise and within 1 hour of sunset each day. I will follow HRM's advice and start with just 10 seconds the first day, gradually working up to 5 or 15 minutes each time. I need to read up on it again, but I believe you just gaze in the general direction of the sun without actually staring straight at it. The reason is it good to do this at those particular times (within 1 hour of sunrise and sunset) is because that is when there is 0 (zero) UV radiation being emitted.
There are a few other things I mean to do but keep forgetting. One reason for doing this journal is to help me remember -- ha!
Cheers,
Michele
