Day 12 of the Juice Fast
I've seen the needle and the damage done

I actually got booked at the last minute yesterday to go in and get my first dental cleaning (right side). It may be that I'm remembering the pain of the shot as much more intense (it wasn't). It really wasn't bad at all AND there was very little to no blood. Normally, I would have walked out of the dentists office looking like a frickin Vampire.
The novacaine was starting to wear off by 1pm and there was some tenderness in the mouth (I know, who woulda thought?) but other than that things were fine. I really wasn't hungry in the least so I skipped the juice I made. I've been lowering the amount of juice I've been taking steadily over the last couple of days. I've gone from about 24-28 oz a day down to 20 oz a day. 10 oz for breakfast and 10 oz for dinner around 5pm.
I worked out last night and felt great!!! I'm feeling stronger although I haven't quite got to that place where I'm feeling "lighter" like I've heard so many other fasters acheive. I'm not pushing myself to any specific goals however. I'm just letting things come as they will. I'm going to face my toughest challenge yet this weekend. I have tickets to Vegoose!!! (actually only to the Saturday show) Don't know what Vegoose is?? Look it up at http://www.vegoose.com. Basically it is an all-day outdoor music festival. I know there will be plenty of temptations there (especially since I'll be dancing my ass off for most of the day and will be expending lots of calories) but I'm fairly sure (its mostly hippie friendly bands) that there will be juice shacks available.
Well, I've got a lot of work to do today (I also have an appointment for the other side of my mouth) so I've got to go!!

PS Lost another two lbs!!! down to 213
PPS Tried the senna tea last night and had positive results this morning.
