hot pepper!!!

end of the day and doing fine, went for a nice walk tonight felt good to be out and about. i think i lost my fasting work mate today she rang on her way home from work asking how she should break the fast - i hope she makes the right decision for her. it was nice having someone to joke around with about at work but im still feeling very positive about this and it is my gift to me. my husband has really impressed me he is getting way into the whole cleansing aspect, researching on the net and trying new things. i am really enjoying the master cleanse lemonade however i think i went over board on the cayenne pepper.....ouch aaa mammaaa! having heaps of BMs compliments of oxypowder. all in all going well. another 1.5 pds down. 5.5 in total...still a long way to go i have 10pds more to lose. and a pink colon to achieve... although.... right now i thinks its bright red! ha!
