day 4 of 4 short fast in the end decided this morning today was it. i think im going for a number of 3 day fasts. its a bit flaky and i feel like i really didnt give it much of a go..but im not feeling like a failure. next week will do 3 days, 3 the next none the next and then a 10 day one. or something like that. weight today is 135pd still have 3 to go but not too worried. work myself up to another 30 somewhere before this year is ended.
