update on my short fast

juiced last week for four days which was suprisingly easy i thought i would have major detox etc but it was a mild feeling of tiredness and a few sore body bits but not much else. i know it was only 4 days but it felt good to do and has made me want to do longer but its just not the right time for me. so i will continue to do a few short fasts. one of the main reasons i fasted was i felt food was becoming too big of a deal again. just consuming too much still really healthy food but too much of it. so i wanted to go back on my holiday away from food, that is how i look at fasting. i have lost a total of 70 pounds now and i feel really good about it. i weight 131 pd, i would like to be around 125 but not really putting pressure on myself to acheive this. life is different at this size. better more energy. i still get suprised how i can just run or jump or swim and feel so agile fit and ready to go. i havent run for 3 days now and im really looking forward to going tommorrow - there are still some issues i have to face but life it going along pretty well. i cant beleive how a 30 day fast has impacted my life so much. i am just so glad i did it.
