day 3 post fast first day of oxy powder i had a mix of fruits today and then tonite added soem carrots tomatoes and cucumber. im not sure if i should be counting calories????? or worried about how much i consume. i might go on raw forum and aks them some questions. food is all tasting really good now, i seem to be over my issue of not wanting to eat. but very happy to stick to raw fruit and veg. maybe next week will start to experiment a bit more with raw recipes. started oxy powder last nigth. i have had 3 BM's today so thats not bad for me. no cramps or sick feeling or anything. wish i had this stuff on my fast. i cant tell if what is coming out is weird stuff or food ive eaten and sorry not about to go investigating. but i do feel lighter in the stomach. i took four capsules last nite no problems with sleeping woke up adn it wasnt a dash for the toilet which i was a bit worried about. you are meant to increase the number of capsules to ensure 4-5 BM's. so tonite i will up it to 5 caps and see how i go. i didnt walk today which is first time for a long time - rainy weather here and just felt like reading a book and being low key. back into it tommorrow. ive lost another pound so now up to 26. i know i shouldnt be on scales everyday and i will break that habit soon.
