Resolutions and 2006
brief history of HIV and me. New Years resolutions and beck protocol.

2. Test and experiment more with the HIV load and affects.
3. Get back in shape. My weight doesn't change...but it sure shifts around. I intend to put it back where it was.
4. Write a new short story.
5. Get the business in shape.
Thats it. How you might ask will I do this. The answer is simple. Develop routines and habits that incorporate all facets of these resolutions. That's how I did and do the beck protocol.
2005 was an interesting year and a comeback year for me in many ways. I discovered I was HIV positive around March 2004. That was a tough year. I got sick after I found out (not bedridden, but sick for me). After that I had candida like symptoms for most of that year. I'm guessing on what candida symptoms are but for me I could not eat anything sweet. If I ate a piece of cake I literally would double up. I found a product called threelac that seemed to cure most of that.
That year (2004) was an emotional roller coaster and if it weren't for James, I think it would have been a lot worse. By the end of 2004, I was starting to take responsibility and do my own research and here I am. I started this whole process late 2004 by going to the invive website and consuming 18 bottles of 5000 ppm colloidal silver over a period of a couple of months. I should have tested before I did that but I didn't. I can only say that there was very little HERX affects. Also note: I'm not BLUE!
Toward the end of 2004 and all of 2005, I followed the Beck Protocol. I bought the instruments from Sota Instruments. If the gauge is how I feel...then these devices work great. I've never felt better. But somehow, I did not feel the Beck Protocol was enough. Clearly the research on the web indicates that HIV is in the stomach more than any other place in the body. Colloidal Silver never makes it far enough into the digestive system to fight HIV there (I don't think). I think the same is probably true of ozonated water. So I've added lemons and vinegar to my regimen. My digestive system has improved beyond my expectations. No more acid reflux!
2005 was a great confidence builder for all of these reasons. 2006 is not about staying healthy it's about being the most fit that I've ever been. With all I've learned in the chase for answers, I've discovered so much that can take me to new heights. I don't intend to forget HIV or ignore it. Rather I plan to leave it in the dust.
So have a happy 2006. Follow along and see if you can keep up!
Bob Beck...there was an angel on my tree named after you. thanks for your help.
