Somebody asked for some advice after discover his HIV positive status...heres my not so polished response.
First of all it's not the end of the world. I remember what it was like when I found out...it was devastating to me. I now have a much better outlook. I'm still working with the beck protocol. I can't give a real positive testimony to it (or negative). It takes time to figure out what works. If you have access to testing (viral loads) it will help you tweak your program. I've not done enough testing but overall I feel GREAT! Viral tests are RELATIVE measurements and should only be considered crude indicators. Still, it's about the only thing you have to track HIV and Bob Beck did cite instances of viral loads going to zero. I've yet to experience that result so I'll have to keep you posted.
Start slowly. Don't think you have to jump into this completely...ease into it. If there is any underlying infection, you could get sick as your body attempts to eject the die off.
Join the beck forums in yahoo and other related ones. Keep up with all the information but don't necessarily believe everything you hear...be discriminating.
Read Hulda Clarks "the cure for aids" book and specifically do the parasite cleanse followed by the liver cleanse. Your body should be working as efficiently as possible. Do this periodically (I do it once every three months).
Do all aspects of the Beck Protocol. Don't just think the zapping will do it for you. I keep a office type water cooler in the house. That way I have spring water always on hand. I don't recommend chlorinated water with the ozonator. Use spring or distilled. Drink as much ozonated water as you can in a day. (It actually does taste like rain water).
Regarding making your own CS, I use the Sota brand silver pulser. It seems to work great. I drink 16 oz. a day. A cup in the morning and a cup at night before bed. Use a good distilled water and filter the product into dark bottles (I use two coffee filters folded into a funnel). I make a fairly strong CS and I'm not purple yet! To dispell any concern about CS, before I discovered the Beck protocol, I can also tell you that I drank 18 bottles of 5000 ppm CS (www.invive.com) at a rate of 1 bottle every two days. Each bottle contained approximately 16 tablespoons of CS. (I took it in 4 tbs doses twice a day). Thats A LOT and I'm still not a smurf!
I've pulsed every day and I zap on the wrists for at least 2 or more hours. Be consistent.
Other things I do or take:
Vitamin B2 (noted in Hulda Clarks book)
Vitamin C (powdered, 5 gms / day or more...your body will tell you when too much is too much).
http://www.waronaids.com (I don't recommend the peroxide in the CS that they promote but this site is fantastic. It goes up and down so keep trying.

Forums in Yahoo: search for beck, zapping and similar subjects. research Royal Rife...you'll find it to be a very interesting subject. The guy cured cancer in the thirties only to get shut down and rebuffed by the medical community. I'd be skeptical except I've seen one of his microscopes. The guy was way ahead of his time and a pure genius who didn't have a clue about politics.
Read "the body electric" by Robert Becker (not Bob Beck). I found it fascinating and it lends credibility to a lot of the zapping stuff.
Well, I'm sure there's more but it's 1:30am and I've got to hit the sack. Please feel free to keep the dialog open.
Just so you know...I'm not on MEDS. I'm not sure I will ever be. I feel like a have a new lease on life believe it or not. I quit my job and started a business at the risk of losing medical insurance. Don't let this thing be a crutch. Kill it and move on.
One last thing...read up on books about internal PH. Try to create an internally high PH (alkaline). Curezone is a good resource for this. Bugs don't like to live in an alkaline environment....
