Dept of Peace
You can look on line for the section near you...They are a grass roots movement that understands the power of the people, and the power of stating your intention in language that is not anti but pro that is, not against because the point of reference is the thing you are against (war) but that which you stand for pro (peace). This is a good sign.

“There is an intricate, synergistic relationship that exists between the people and their government. The idea of self-government implies that the self and the government are interrelated. We live in the nation and the nation lives in us. In understanding the reciprocity between ourselves and the government, we come to understand the power that we have to move our government, as we have the power to move our own lives.”
~ Congressman Dennis Kucinich
