The Heart holds a wisdom far beyond what the mind
is capable of. In fact, 97% of our thoughts (the chatter
of our busy mind) are the same thoughts as the day
before. However, 100% of our Heart's Wisdom is new
and fresh every second.
How do we get ourselves out of this mind loop?
Let me share a powerful story of a gentleman who
made a commitment to let go of old limiting thought
patterns and remove the veil of stuck emotions and
live from his Authentic Self - from the calling of his Heart.
Jan. 13th marks a date I will remember for quite some
time. It was the day when I worked with a middle aged
man who found the courage to explore his harbored
feelings of loss and abandonment and to completely
turn his life around.
After 16 years of marriage, several jobs, 3 children to
raise by himself and a lifetime of feeling nagged by low
level depression, this middle aged man was left feeling
alone and abandoned, very discouraged with life and
deeply hurt, feeling his life had no meaning.
Yet he had a calling in his Heart, a light in the darkness.
After months in traditional counseling, this courageous
man wanted more... in his quest for more, he stumbled
upon The Essence Method. Skeptical at first, he found
the courage to journey with me to release his heavy feelings,
reconnect with his Essence and turn his life around.
Here is what he had to say just days after his session:

When we re-connect to the lost little child within us,
and we give that part of ourselves a chance to speak
and release years of held emotions, our lives do change.
Everything changes... our health, our happiness, our
relationships and our ability to attract what we want in
our lives.

Take a moment right now and imagine connecting with
the little child in you...
Imagine sitting next to this precious little child out in
a beautiful field of flowers and butterflies...
Ask this little child to talk with you and tell you how
he or she is feeling right now in this moment...
Give this little child a loving hug... and whisper
messages of love to this precious child within...
And so it is...
