Gratitude vs Lack

"You will not have what you ask, nor can you have anything
you want. This is because your very request is a statement
of lack, and your saying you want a thing only works to produce
the precise experience - wanting - in your reality.
The correct prayer is therefore never a prayer of supplication
but a prayer of gratitude.
When you thank God in advance for which you choose to experience
in your reality, you in effect, acknowledge that it is there... in effect.
Thankfulness is thus the most powerful statement to God; an
affirmation that even before you ask, I have answered.
Therefore never supplicate. Appreciate."

When we look closely at Neale's quote above, the key statements
are:
"This is because your very request is a statement of lack"
and
"When you thank God in advance for which you choose to experience
in your reality, you in effect, acknowledge that it is there."
Why is this so important for us to understand if we want to create
what we really want in our lives?
"Lack thinking" creates more of its own energy - more lack.
But grateful energy - energy of appreciation of what you want
being already real, is the essence of manifesting, creation and
even miracles.
So today my friend, choose to take a few moments and ask
within yourself "Is there anything that I find I'm "wanting" about
and not feeling grateful for in any way?
Write it down and choose to be grateful instead of "wanting" it.
