My Health So Far--10 Months After Starting Curezone Cleansing & Dieting.
Diminishing symptoms thanks to persistent cleansing.
Date: 7/5/2005 3:04:04 AM ( 19 y ) ... viewed 3931 times I've done 17 liver flushes since September of 2004. My goal was regain my health back most of the way within 1 year. I have also been taking Milk Thistle Seed, Sun Chlorella & some coconut oil. I also excersize 3x a week. All of this has done a lot to help my skin. Plus I'm doing a colonic once a week(& full liver flushes with a colonic once per month). Here are my symptoms and how much I've improved:
Premature aging: Mine was bad. I went from looking 20 to looking 35-40. My skin was red, sore, and literally drooping from my cheeks. Now it's beginning to really get better. I have slight acne on my forhead and my left cheek has still lost it's elasticity. Otherwise, my skin looks fair and with a slight healthy pink glow.
Jaundice--It's going away. I was extremely yellow and pale looking wherever I wasn't beat red.
Dreams--completely better. I have fantastic dreams so intruiging that I don't know how I think up such wonderful ideas while I sleep! :)
Concentration--completely better.
Short term memory--very much better.
Sex drive--it's back. Yippie!
Depression--I feel a lot better now that I'm not humiliated in public with nasty symptomes as much as before.
Gas--I don't get a lot of it...Usually only right before I have to use the bathroom, which I think is mostly normal.
Bad Breath--It's still nasty! Even so, believe it or not, it has improved a bit. I used to wake up feeling like a rat died in my mouth....Like sour rot! Now it's just a little bit sour & thick tasting.
Body odor--It's greatly improved. When I say I was bad..I mean I was bad. Even my bedroom stunk! I would sniff around & couldn't figure out where the smell was coming from. It was coming from me! It gets into everything and then I could smell the nastiness that other people had to endure when they were in my company. Eww! I've mentioned in another post in this blog how Sun Chlorella has helped that a lot, but people in the "Body Odor & Bad Breath" forum insist it doesn't work. That's because you have to do other things to improve your health you guys. Don't just sit around eating a double wopper and take 15 sun chlorella and then scratch your head wondering why it doesn't work. There's no easy way out. I would know...I stalled for 3 years, only doing what was necessary to get better as my health still slowly declined. Now I don't have a choice. Please learn from my mistake. Do colonics, take sun chlorella or coconut oil and milk thistle extract if your liver is weak(or other natural remedies that your body craves). That's the only way. No cheating allowed..Sorry.
Balance--No problem there.
Dry skin--No problem there!
Acne--a tiny little bit...I almost don't need any cover up anymore at all!
Hair loss--It's still coming out. Some days are bad and some days almost nothing comes out..Boy I wish it would stop.
Dry eyes--Only when I go to work where they grow a garden that drives my allergies into a frenzie.
Phlegm--greatly improved, but still there a little.
Muscle tone--It's been improving a little. I don't know why it isn't getting better faster since my skin elasticity is slowly improving. I have those swinging triceps and calves & I'm only 90 pounds, so I don't have the excuse of blaming my weight.
Migraines--they're gone too.
Constipation--a thing of the past.
Sensitivities to foods & chemicals--I seem to handle dairy just a little bit better, but I still try to stay away because it does give me bad body odor. Still a long way to go with this one.
Ratty dry hair--Still bad. I have to literally poor detangler over my head so it won't knot up. It's bad because I am almost out of hair at this point as it is.
Insane itching--I only get it when I do liver flushes. The release of all those toxins into the digestive system & blood stream want out of the body and they try to come through the skin. It temporarily makes my itching and psoriasis worse.
Psoriasis--It's almost completely gone. The skin there is stilla little darker and drier than on the rest of my body. There seems to also be a loss of elasticity in the areas that it's at, but it's slowly vanishing.
I plan to update again when I've reached my goal of being much healthier in 1 year. My main goals are to:
1. get my hair to stop falling out & regrow.
2. Get completely rid of my body odor.
3. Get completely rid of my bad breath.
After that, I'll be completely happy again! = ) Almost there!
