Breathwork 4 Depression

After a lifetime battling depression and 1-1/2 yrs on Wellbutrin (which has
been a godsend until my body had a better way of managing life), practicing
Sodarshan Chakra Kriya daily for 90 days turned things around for me. At
first I would shake terribly (but still did 16 full rounds of three stomach
pumps while mentally saying Wahe Guru, not reducing the count). The shakes
led to some sweats, erratic thoughts and sometimes took a bit to recover
from. I began with 3 min, worked up to seven then stayed at 11. On days
things were hectic and I had no privacy, I would do one minute but mentally
keep doing it for the full 11 min. Now Sodarshan is a walk in the park (a
glorious one!!).
I don't have enough words of praise for Sodarshan and wish you a wonderful
unfolding as you practice.
