Lucid Dreaming and Karma
Those who are able to maintain lucidity while sleeping have a great opportunity to cleanup whatever stuff they choose~or they can create more "stuff"-it's a choice

Alot of us spend our nights processing our days. Ideally, if we processed within the moment, rather than holding on and doing it at a later date (while we sleep), it's said that we would need no more then 4 hours of sleep each night.
That's why meditation is great before sleeping at night, to get some of the processing done, so you don't have to do it in your sleep.
My teacher has told us that for the most part, everyone we encounter in our dreams are aspects of ourselves.....but he says every once and a while we do interact with people on the subtle realm.
But once we develope enough awareness to be conscious within our dreams (as in lucid dreaming) then we have the opportunity to begin burning karma in our dreams, as well as when we are awake, because through that lucid state we are free to make choices within our dreams, just like in life.
All light,
Sat Sangeet
