Day 1

Day 1 has begun and I look forward to detoxing and becoming healthy

Hi everyone ,

Today is the beginning of day one of my juice fast. My last meal consisted of two bananas and one orange I am doing this fast to reset my body. I have been struggling with weight all my life. Some times I lose the weight and gain it all

Now I have realized how important a life style change is and how important is to have a maintenance planned to keep the weight off.

I have realized it takes a lot of effort and pain to stay overweight. I really need to make a life style change. I know 100 days seems like a long time , but there are a lot of people who have accomplished this and many people who even live on a raw food diet.

I am simply going to take this a day at a time. I have been suffering from depression and anxiety for a long time. I hope fasting can bring me some inner peace and a different out look on life.

After I complete my fasting, I am going to eat raw fruits and veggies for at least two weeks. When I go back to cooked food, I am going to do intermittent fasting to keep the weight off.

Now I have realized the hard part is not losing the weight, but keeping it off. I need to build a better relationship with food.

During my 100 days fast I am going to do a lot of research on how to eat healthy and stay fit. I do not want to fast and then think , Hey I am thinner now and I can eat whatever I want. I have to change the way I view food.

I will do my best to blog daily on how I am doing on the fast. I will also weigh my self weekly. I sometimes have a habit of weighing myself daily. But I am going to focus on being healthy and not worry about the number on the scale. The number on the scale is just a number. I want to focus on being healthy and detox my body of toxin.



Current Stats:

Start weight: 263
Goal weight : 155
Gender: Female
Height : 5'8
Age: 28


I want to break down my weight loss goal into small mile stone. 263- 155= 108 lbs i need to lose. 108/10= 10.8 lb

I am going to have 10 milestone, to reach my goal, I need to lose 10.8 lbs each mile stone

1st mile stone need to reach , 263 lbs - 10.8 = 252.

My main focus is not weight loss right now however, I need to be able to measure something to see my progress. My initial weight was 273, like about 2 weeks ago, but I made a little bit of changes and lost 10 pounds.
