Day 4
A challenging day so far with detox symptoms

I could say it's a beautiful warm sunny day here in Southern California except the gusty Santa Anna winds blowing everything all over the place. Energy around always feels uncomfortable when it does. Electronics get a bit glitchy and it does strange things to people, kinda like the moon. Perhaps this is how mother nature clears out and transmutes negative energy or maybe a collective shift in energy.
Didn't get much sleep last night. I have a bad headache. The throbbing painful kind ugh. My jaw is tight and my neck feels sore.
I have bit of time before I pick up my kids. I need to try to get some shut-eye. Will update in a few hours.

I am just now getting some relief from that awful headache. I was praying to God to heal me. Wouldn't you know it probably within the hour I something clicked in my head about what's happening. Usually a coffee enema is very effective at helping with pain relief and also with headaches. Around noon time, I did one back-to-back without any noticeable improvements. I recall the only situation that happened to me was when I was doing Iodine supplementation. Well, let me back up and explain that a couple of days ago I had developed a sore on my tongue after accidentally biting down hard and taking some skin off. It was getting really painful and wanted to speed up the healing so I decided to put Lugol's Iodine directly on my sore. I actually used quite a bit and maybe did it 2 or 3 times over a couple of days. I was just not thinking too clearly about what I did. I haven't done iodine supplementation in a long while and when I do I usually get halogen detox symptoms. Iodine displaces halogens in the body (Br, F,Cl) and that stuff then circulates and your body can take quite some time to detox it. The remedy is to do "salt loading" or a "salt push". It basically binds to the halogen and excreted out through urine much faster. So, I decided to do it. I've done 2 rounds so far (half an hour apart). Though my headache is still there, it is so much more bearable. Earlier it was too painful that I couldn't sleep through it.
This would explain the crazy detox symptoms I had on 3rd day of dry fasting. Symptoms fall in line with halogen detoxing. Okay that's all for now. I need to feed my family and then try to get some R & R. Hoping for sleep.

No sleep yet but did a 3rd round of salt loading with good results. Headache gotten less and less.
