Water Fast Day Four

I am now into day five of water only. I am doing great, but I am making mistakes which show that I am not running on a full tank of fuel. I have felt empty at times and I do want to eat. It's a "wanting to climb the walls" feeling. It's an "I'm not satisfied" feeling. I really see this as no reason to break the water fast. Wanting to climb walls just isn't good enough for me. If I were going through a healing crisis I may seriously consider it to be time to switch to another type of fast. It's comforting to know that I have my plan set up so that I can turn to something else and still stay on my plan. That's what I like the most about my broad fasting plan. If I can't take it anymore I can drink juice or even eat food if it is considered a Daniel Fast type food, but I really want to stick with the water only as long as I can. I know that is the best detox of them all. I know the longer I go on just water the deeper the cleanse will be. My body will thank me for each day that I continue on this strictest of all the fasts in my broad fasting program. It is the best fast of all of them. In fact, it is the only true fast.
