12 Days in this morning and going strong :) Had a real breakthrough on day 10 doing some healing and warrior yoga, whew, my thighs are a bit tender last night and still today, I've been building up my ability to sit in a squat position & really worked on it, was able to finally do some proper crow walking - what a move, incredible stuff, if you do that yoga it just fixes the whole lower body - very strenuous I was dripping with sweat working on it & actually healed some kind of misalignment or negative energy block in my body - close to the kidney area/spine, I did this yoga and had all this pain there and it just disappeared... It was a really powerful session of self healing - hard to describe, had a kind of vision of this energy blockage being released, not something I'll forget in a hurry.
I spent day 11 taking it easy because I was tired after all the day 10 movement - so I took my 2nd series of coffee enemas, been doing a series of late where I take a shot of liquid chlorophyll about half an hour before beginning, do a initial clearing enema with filtered water and a few drops of Dr. Bronners, a 2nd electrolyte purifying enema with filtered water, some purification oil & a tsp of himilayan salt, followed by another shot of the chlorophyll and the coffee enema. The whole process can take a little while, so it's good to do on days when I am feeling a bit chilled out and restful or anytime I have the time and privacy at home :) I don't think I need to do this every day, my tongue has become quite pink looking and clear for the most part, will just continue my fasting and maybe do one of these once or twice a week to help it along clearing out toxins and revitalizing.
Feeling transformed! My body has changed - after day 10 I woke up and could see me again, looking beautiful, my shape back & 10 years younger :) My eyes are clear and tongue is pink & I'm generally feeling very good & continuing along with ease. I want to keep going & going, I feel like I'm past the beginning now and actually in this fast - and the transformation & incredible benefits have really begun manifesting. I haven't yet really got back to establishing my daily yoga, I'm still working my body up bit by bit, I'm getting there, stretching out, did a lot of strong yogas and poses very deeply on day 10 so today will have another session but not so strenuous & am thinking about getting back on my bike which I haven't done for years & also purchasing a indoor trainer so I can take the bike on the porch or inside and just work a bit of a sweat up whilst reading e-books etc as I'd enjoy that very much and get a lot of benefit - I'm too stationary in my life, a bit of a housecat lol, I do exercise and bushwalk but I know I need to amp up my physical activity, since I'm so much of a reader, a bit of pedalling while I do that would be a great thing :)
Newest thing, looks like I'm going to make a few big journeys interrupting my time here in the forest retreat house to head to the city possibly this afternoon or tomorrow morning so I can attend some very rare and precious Buddhist empowerments over the weekend. I've also got a couple rooms to rent & some very dear friends from out of town to visit there - so looks like I'll be taking my fasting on another trip this weekend - that's 2 weekends in a row - whew, then the weekend after will probably be doing the same as that concludes the empowerments with a special teaching on them. I didn't really want to be doing all this travel and staying in my home away from home in between all those big drives while on this fast but if I want to get the empowerments I'm going to have to just head off - probably also really interrupts my yoga & exercise, sigh... not much space where I'll be staying but I'll bring my mat & gear in case I can use it a bit.
Well - one must put in the hard yards ;) to get the result
