Broke Fast
Every Little Bit Helps
Date: 10/2/2014 7:09:41 PM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 1195 times For some reason I got very hungry, tired and very restless. I tried to sleep, but couldn't. I broke the fast by making a drink, blending an apple, a big hunk of ginger, 1 cup water and 5 ice cubes in my vitamixer. It was really good, but I think next time I will add some fresh lemon as well. I didn't have any on hand. I hope to try fasting again soon. Sometimes I can make it;sometimes I mess up. :) I made it for two days and four and a half hours. Every little bit helps. I'm already feeling calmer.
