Water Fasting Continues into the 2nd Day Thirteenth Day I have now been on a water only fast for over 24 hours so I am legally at the beginning of my second day of water fasting. Everything is going great with very little temptations. When my mind thinks and dreams of food, I have been turning my thoughts to the positives that I will receive by continuing this fast. Hunger comes and goes. I'm pretty sure I can make it for the rest of today. I would like to continue all day tomorrow as well, but that remains to be seen. Add This Entry To Your CureZone Favorites!
