New Water Fast
Eighth Day
Date: 8/10/2014 4:16:15 PM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 794 times I am over 25 hours into a water fast. I started after my one meal yesterday. I don't plan on eating any food for the rest of the day. I would like to continue my water fast for a bit longer. I really don't want to set any commitments for fasting or the food I eat. I feel this may lead to discouragement should I fail to keep it. Discouragement can lead, I believe, to giving up. I would just like to see a mindful effort everyday to do something to make progress to get this weight off. That's all I'm asking of myself.
