Another Popsicle Recipe
Fifth Day
Date: 8/7/2014 3:52:24 PM ( 10 y ) ... viewed 865 times I was very hungry today so I went out to a restaurant and ate a regular food meal. I am not going to be so strict and legalistic with myself that it causes me to completely fall off the wagon. I am determined to lose these thirty pounds. I ate until I was satisfied, but not stuffed. I don't plan on eating anymore today. I am enjoying my journey so far. I do not feel deprived. I have not suffered and I have enjoyed all the food that I have had. I am looking forward to another great weight loss day tomorrow.
I also made more watermelon popsicles with a different recipe.
Watermelon Popsicle Recipe:
Take seeds out of watermelon and blend in a blender. If you do not want to take the seeds out you can just strain the mixture after blending. Or, you can use a seedless watermelon, but they are not as sweet as those with seeds. Fill ice cube trays or popsicle containers with the watermelon blend. Add toothpicks or popsicle sticks and freeze them. They were just as good as those I made yesterday. One thing about this recipe is that if you do not happen to get a sweet watermelon you can add a little stevia to the mixture. My watermelon was already sweet enough. After I froze them I put some cubes without sticks in a bag for later. I can make a watermelon smoothie or slush with this another day.
