Raw cheese pasture fed works for me.

I do not do well with most pasteurized cheese,
but of course, organic is preferred.

My body even responds differently to
raw cheese that is not pasture fed.

I just got a call back from a farmer who is doing
the real thing.

Pasture fed raw cheese.

I will be writing more about this.

He uses the finest sea salt as well.

Dr. Bernard Jensen was a great proponent
of raw cheese, pasture fed.
