Support Through the Darkness.
Using the intentions in the book

Befriending the Joshua Tree Flower Essence.
This morning I started to write out

I have been running for weeks,
maybe months to regain my sanity.
This was the most difficult of winters.
I built up my strength and expanded
again some of the kernel of my strength
through positive interactions at outside events.
This culminated with the annual Passover Village
retreat that I do.
Today has not gone as I anticipated.
I thought I would have a day to relax
and feel into my body.
I find myself quaking inside
looking around at my personal space,
and a backporch with baskets topsy turvy
and a lot of deep needs for help.
I have been helping a lot lately,
that was my intention.
I have also been getting support in recent
weeks to befriend the dark.
