Donna Frye Gets EcoUsable Filter + Perf Go Green Bags
Council Woman DONNA FRYE wins the bid
for an ECOUSABLE WATER FILTER BOTTLE
and a PERF GO GREEN Trash Bags and Drop cloth.
The Silent Auction was at the recent VIP Reception
to raise funds for EARTH..., the creators of
our San Diego Earth Fair,
the Largest Earth Day event in the Country.

with KEEP The BEET at the EARTHWORKS VERY IMPORTANT
PLANET EVENT in April. Donna bid at the silent auction
of an ECOUSABLE WATER FILTER stainless steele bottle
and PERF GO GREEN BIODEGRADABLE TRASH BAGS. She
was the highest bidder. Donna told me she would use
the drinking bottle at City Hall.

Catching with some some Blogs
I wanted to write.
Once a year I see
DONNA FRYE,
City Councilwoman from the Sixth District.
We get together for the
VERY IMPORTANT PLANET RECEPTION
VIP, a delightful evening of
celebrating and giving awards
in San Diego.
The event is held at our
City Environmental Services Building,
a LEED building.
Hooray for San Diego!
Hooray for Donna,
who is one of the Award Presenters.
Every year we have a silent auction.
This year, KEEP The BEET Media Star
The World's First Talking Beet Plant
offered up two of her favorite products
for the silent auction.
There were numbers of bids
for The ECOUSABLE Water Filter Bottle
and Three PERF GO GREEN Trash bags.
KEEP The BEET also included one of the nifty
Perf Go Green Drop Clothes.
Guess who the winner of the items was????

Donna and I always take a picture together.
This year, she had a photo with KEEP The BEET Media Star,
of course.

Donna became a devoted environmentalist
after she married SKIP FRYE. The two ran a suf
shop in Pacific Beach. Skip was constantly getting sick
when he surfed because of our polluted waters.
She entered politics because of this.
Donna made KEEP The BEET a promise
that she would use the ECOUSABLE water filter bottle
down at City Hall.
There were others at the VIP Reception
who also bid on the items.
CARL HANSON of Cal State University San Marcos
won an award for recycling. KEEP The BEET sat next to
Carl. She asked me to introduce him to the
PERF GO GREEN BIODEGRADABLE Trash Bags.
The award winning recycler was impressed.
He wanted to know if that had a bag size
that would work for him at the University.

to be companies using plastic blottles for years.
This is a great project to make sure that those

MUDDY POTTING SOIL
COMES OUT DRINKABLE
In THE ECOUSABLE WATER FILTER BOTTLE.
The bottle is good for 100 gallons of water.
The filter is replaceable.
That is mud in my hand from the ECOUSABLE
FIlter bottle. I am drinking clean water from the same
bottle. This picture was taken at the NATURAL PRODUCT
EXPO WEST IN MARCH. That is CARL PALMER, the inventor
with me.
