On Hands & Knees
Today. Review of the Week. Working on FInances Today.
Started the day cleaning up my desk and on the floor
with a wet microfibre. Important shift into the physical.

There is still a huge old computer
that came up from the basement cleanup
on the left side of my yellow desk.
I am not sure when I will get to that.
There are old files I want to take off
before I let that old computer go.
I had to look for the Lemon Oil,
the oil that I like to rub on my desk.
I found it, and I rubbed some on.
It has a nice uplifting fragrance.
I took about 30 minutes to clear
the business cards and old papers
that had collected.
I have not been focused on this level
of the journey.
I spend conscious time each year
during the seven weeks between the
Passover and the holiday known as Shavuot
doing these daily meditations on the Tree of Life.
The meditations begin on the higher inner levels
and then they go down into the physical.
It is a way tie life all together for me.
I have been going too fast to spend time
with some of the days. On a few of the days
I made Art. I took time to make Art on Monday
of this week. That was the 33rd day, a day
to celebrate Nature. That Art is here.
I also did Photography on Day 28, the day that
the Cactus bloomed, and Holly, the new
president of e3 came over for the first time.
That day was The Kingdom, Malchut, in the
week of Netzach.
I took all of last Saturday to finish that
ART and spend time at the computer. I send the
Art out to celebrate Mother's Day, May 10.
The responses were very loving.
RIght now, I do not remember exactly what
I did or what the Art was.
Part of me wants to go and find it....
just so the days have some continuity
and feel empowered.
A lot of my attention this week went
into the Wednesday night first COME ALIVE! Class.
Five guests came, and later ANGELENE who lives here.
CHEF JEM and I were also there. That was a good
beginning.
Monday I began to clean up my Iphoto Library
and gave the day to that.
Yesterday, May 14, I did more of the same.
I focused on getting my Main Iphoto Library
down from 25,000 to into the range of 11,000
photos. That took the entire day from very early
morning before 6 AM until 9 PM at night.
I am creating more Iphoto Libraries. I took
many of the albums and copied them to the Hard drive.
There is a lot more of that work to do.
I will end up with perhaps 20 individual libraries
and a central Organizing Contents Page I will make
on Pages. I do not see anyone way to do that right now.
Tuesday, I made another complete. I sent
in a story to TERI at HCI for the
ULTIMATE BIRD LOVER book.
Here is the ART
that I worked on on Day 33.
I was highly inspired by The LiveH20 Event.
Today is Friday.
I received a call from SANDA, my main partner
in the ownership of the house here. She is ready
to move on finishing her finances.
I told her I would work on finances today, so
she has figures of expenses from 07 and 08,
I have an enormous box of bank statements
for the year that I have not touched.
I let go of getting up with that in trade
for focusing on other areas of my life
that brought a lot of fulfillment.
Today is Omer Day 36.
We begin a day of focus on Yesod,
Foundation.
It is an appropriate day to begin creating
Order with my finances.

This was the first time all year
I have cleaned up the dust from the floor.
I feel compelled to create a few links to the
Art I need.
Then, I will work with depositing the rent
checks for May in the Bank, and pay some bills.
Then, I will spend 30 minutes or so putting
Bank Statements in the notebook.
Then, I will enter some downloaded transactions
from the bank into Quicken.
Then I will look at 07 for Sanda.
I will get a sense of what it is going to take
to come back into balance with this part of
the Physical World.
Tomorrow?
Two pleasant events.
I am not sure now fully I will participate
in the ART IN THE GARDEN.
I disassembled my slideshow right
now for CITY FARMERS NURSERY when
I took photos off.
I also want to go to LA MILPA later in the day.
Amen.
I am a bit tired.

Working on Rent Deposit!!!
I need to download transactions.
Here is a mystery.
Did I pay my rent in April????
Oh, I see a transfer for 4/07/09.
What sense does that make?
Why did I transfer funds, rather
than do the deposit with the other
checks in the usual way?
and what is the amount????
It looks like I transposed the numbrers
and paid $100 more...
Checking this out.
Head somewhat tired.
Nice to have my dest cleared.
This makes a big difference when I am
dealing with money numbers.

Having a breakthrough
with the Financial Garden Management Journal...
What if I recorded all things here....
and integrated this with the book where I have
Bank Statements????
Some kind of integrated system...
I feel good just imagining it,
although I do not know how to work it.
Also have a "parking lot"--
a place to store stuff--
stuff that gives me a stress...
I need a financial advisor...
and then...delegate?

Feeling Nervous.
Having a Mecury Retrograde.
Tired.

Went to the bank, and did deposits.
Taking organization down to another level.
Stapling receipts from the bank onto
printed deposit records.
Never done that before.
Would be good to FOCUS
on Sanda's need for 07 bills
and totals for taxes.
I better review her email
that express her needs.
When my anxiety levels go up,
my ability to do math
Wanted to know why my Iphone
was not syncing with my Imac.
Called Apple Care. It is working now.
Anxiety levels still up.
Maybe I can pay some bills.

Feeling a deep need to ground,
for things to connect.
I want to get to another level of
Quicken working for me
and have reports tied in with
a Synced Garden Management Journal.
Is there an Application or program
that can help?
