Reread the materials today that come with Barefoot Connections.
I have a product called the Travel Recovery Bag.
I was able to successfully connect it last night with support
from Ron, who sent this my way. He is experiencing amazing
improving with a autistic child through use of this tool.

This information is up my Garden Path.
It calls the Barefoot Revolution a global awakening to the vital importance
of the connection of the human body with the earth. The products provide
the inventive to "Reconnect to the earth" at a time when it is crucial for our well-being.
"Most people today live for extended periods of time,
completely disconnected from the earth. Undr these circumstances
the human body is no longer able to receive the constant supply of
free electrons and natural frequencies that our bodies evolved around.
"During the same period of time that we hae beomce disconnected from
the earth, we have seen an increase in chronic health problems and sleep disorders
that were rare or unheard of 50 to 60 years ago."
Dr. Bernard Jensen, my spiritual father, was a strong believer going
barefoot without shoes. At the Hidden Valley Health Ranch,
we would do the Father Kneippe Cure. This involved walking up to the knees
in a pool of very cold water at a brisk pace.
Then, we would go outside and do a sand walk, a stretch of sand brought in
specficially to stimulate the points in the feet. Then we would walk on grass
to discharge energy and connect with the earth.
As the Hidden Valley Spa there was a Kneippe bath right next to Dr. Jensen's home.
Down below, the caretakers of the Old Ranch, the Self Realization Fellowship monks,
covered over the pool and make a weight room out of it. I do not know if they
realized the benefits of the original installation.
I was up at the Hidden Valley Spa a few weeks ago for a Firefighters Appreciation
Day inspired by Fiona and Stephen Markowitz, the new owners. I spent time
with the garden caretaker. His name, also Ron, is doing some marvelous work
prepping the landscape with rich ideas. He plans to put in more waterworks and
fountains. Numbers of Dr. Jensen's water fountains have been renovated.
Ron, the gardener of Hidden Valley Spa, has a sensitivity to the invisible forces
on the land. He was intutiting a Barefoot walking area.
This are the results of my first night on the
Recovery sheet:
I sleep inside it like a sleeping bag. I had a lot of skin touching the fibers.
It is my usual pattern to wake up in the night processing and listening
to KEEP the BEET and my Higher Self Your Enchanted Gardener.
I still woke up. This is a long standing pattern.
I did feel an instant sense of relaxation when I crawled into the sheet.
I also noticed increased urination, a surprising amount.
This is a good sign for me. I have been bringing a condtion of sereve
diarrhea into balance. The bowel condition is common for me during the
Fall and Winter. When urination increased, this tells me less water is going
through the bowel. This is a good sign. I did not increase my water intake
yesterday. I had a headache at times during the day.
I have been cutting down on other supplements and relying more on the
isotonic Quinton Marine Plasma. I am taking in about four of the Original Quinton
Marine Plasma Ampules. I feel very strong about Original Quinton.
I am up against a lot of stress these days, but many things are flowing my way
giving me a stronger connection with my higher self and bringing my higher self
into my daily life.
I am going to continue using the Barefoot Connection Travel Recovery Bag.
Ron Petruccione, who sent this my way, told me that using this sheet
will enhance the effectiveness of Original Quinton Marine Plasma.
I also want to report that I opened THE CONQUEST OF DEATH,
a book by Edmond Bordeaux Szekely before I set up the Barefoot Connection
Travel Recovery Sheet.
It opened to a page decribing the benefits of Sleep:
"In our new life, even sleep assumes a new significance
as it is simple a process of detoxification.
During deep sleep are eliminative organs are most active.
The circulation of the blood is undisturbed
by any outside or conscious influence
and according eliminates all the products of oxidation
and elimination through the appropriate channels.
The instinctive and unconscious activity of our
organo-vegitative system is the law itself
because our conscious cerebro-spinal system,
the source of violation of the law is asleep."
Szekely makes reference to these terms
the organo-vegitative system
and cerebro-spinal system.
I have also found these references interesting.
I was having difficulty setting up the
Barefoot Connection Travel Recovery Bag
last night. I would suggest a few corrections
in the written materials. Some clarity needs
to be added that indicates the Tester is just
to test for a ground with the earth, but
then, you remove it and just plug in the three pronged
black copper cord to into the socket
to connect with the ground system of the home.
I do not sense that electricity is actually going
through to the sheet.
The sheet is made with conductive, antimicrobial silver yarn
which is interwoven in a grid pattern throughout the product,
according to the Barefoot Connections information.
Preliminary research done by Barefoot Connections
reveals that re-connecting with the electrons and
natural frequencies on the surface of the earth can:
Improve energy, enhance recovery, improve sleep,
relieve muscle tension, reduce stress, and restore
normal biological rhythms.
Hmm...makes me want to go out and take a nap on
the earth....

Oh I get it...
Ron called be back!
The white thing with the two green lights is just a tester
to see if both lights go on. This is to show you have a ground.
After you check that, you put that away.
You plug the end of the black cord into the socket and the other
end connects to to the Earth Connectons.
This really looks good!
This is for people who are not connected to the earth during the day.
I am sitting at my computer a lot.

I received one of these units from Ron.
I have not yet figured out how to connect it.
I wanted to sleep on it tonight.
There is a plug, but I cannot figure out how to connect the plug,
that goes into a ground three part electicial outlet.
I was looking forwad to starting to us this tonight.
I have a call in to Ron.
I am sure there is a simple explanation of how to
set this up.
I hope my house has a true ground.

Can I plug the Barefoot Connections™ Earth Tap into a surge protector or extension cord?
Yes, as long as they have an existing ground wire (the 3rd prong) which will connect with the grounding system in the building.
