heya thanks for that, i did have the pepper at home and i decided i wasnt going to use the laxitive tea for my first time , i didnt really know what to expect and herbal laxitive tea they dont sell at the supermarket so just kinda figured for my first time mayb it was best to leave that step out for the moment till i know what im getting my self into :-) Does it have a heaps bigger effect if you do use the tea? i dont know anyone thats ever done this cleanse before so still learning things.
