I am monitoring my pill drug intake and remedies for the kidney stones
that I want to dissolve.
The two issues are the level of pain and the kidney stones themselves.
Yesterday was my farmers’ Market day.
I was distracted by the kidney stones.
I had no pain during most of the market.
I am attempting to switch from the narcotic that they gave me to take
to Ibuprofen.
AminoActiv, my regular pain reliever, does not seem to be able to
touch the levels of pain for this kidney stone. The pain is off the charts
if I do not take the pain pills.

Waking up with some pain in my kidneys.
Taking three AminoActiv, natural pain reliever and five pellets of
Arnica Montana 30 c. Taking two My Community, Paul Stamets.
Feeling fear--take some fearless.
Feeling pressure to from reading housemate email.
I am not on top of the finances for the Front of the House Project.

My head is feeling heavy. I have drugs running through my sensitive body that I have not had before. I am not a person who takes drugs. The closest i take is called AminoActiv. I just took three AminoActiv, and drank a moutnful of Hydrangia Herb from Fronteir Herb Collective.

June 22 is Enviro Day at the San Diego County Fair. It is special to have top of the line Organic Locally Grown San Diego Produce having a presence at the Fair. Last week, I won a First Place Blue Ribbon for Ancient Khorasan wheat grown out from KAMUT® brand non gmo organic seeds. On Environment Day, I will be at the Fair lending support to one of my favorite local San Diego Farmers, Joe Rodriguez Jr, and the CSA, organized by Joane Marrero. What we have done to wheat is coming home to haunt us as well as inspire us to do the right thing by our food. Our problems and their solutions grow side by side. Wheat, that I grew out from Ancient Non GMO Organic KAMUT® Khorasan wheat seeds won a first place blue ribbon in the San Diego County Fair June 15, 2013. These were grown in a Hydroponic Aeroponic Tower Garden® and in Wine Barrels in fertile soil. Meanwhile, across the US, farmers and Moms Across America are beginning to worry about GMO wheat that was discovered recently in an Oregon Field. The GMO wheat find threatens the integrity of the US supply of wheat. At the same time, Red Flags have been showing up about Modern Wheat's nutritional value for years; Gratefully, Ancient Wheat--true to its original form-- is also on the scene now to help us through these times of crisis. The GMO wheat growing crisis and the information widely circulating about the dangers of modern wheat point out the need to label GMOS as well as have the know how to grow some of our own food.
