Went looking for Lugols Solution of Iodine, and would like to purchase it from the Iherb.com site. I like their marketing program. I do not see this here. They do have many brands of iodine products.

What do I need to do to be strong again?
I am feeling profoundly discouraged.
Yesterday, I had acupuncture. Going to the clinic felt dangerous. One of my friends is a teacher there. I have had highly stressful financial record keeping details taking me away from my life work for days. Saturday, I took a break from the finances and the stress that was getting to my kidneys. I went down for what sounded like a fun outing at the acupuncture school in celebration of Chinese New Year.

Someone wanted to see the place...where is there name?
I am in a potential crisis at home now. A couple dear ones cannot pay their rent at this time.
I am in a quandary. I will not have the money next month to cover these. There is no back up after paying out bills this month, including a large tax bill near $1000.00.
The though of asking one of them for a back up plan feels devastating, but the energy is weighing heavy on my body.
I cannot take this on.

I was down on my knees about 30 minutes ago. Some papers and materials fell from a chair where I stacked them last night, among clothes that had not been put away and some bills.

Went into a panic looking for this chart this morning. I did not remember where I put it. It is very important to me now. Found it on the bed, among financial things I am working on, turned upside down.
I have been working very hard to make sense of Quicken Essentials. I have not stopped to look at the record keeping closely for a year.
