Still on the road.

March 17, 2010
I cannot believe it is only 2:23 AM.
My head has been processing info for an hour.
Why am I up so early?
I drank a couple sips of Coca-cola.
Felt some head stuff going on when I did that,
and now I am up. Sugar seems to have that
effect on my brain. So does chocolate.
THOUGHTS IN MY HEAD
Went to bed thinking I would head South
and not keep a date I had in mind to see my father
on this trip.
I know he needs help with a ride in the A.M.
If I can coordinate that, I will help him,
and then, come back here to Eva’s to pick up

So glad to spend time with Gary Hirshberg.
I have been missing contact in recent years.
Also spent time with Walt Robb, the co-founder

and involved with Whole Foods Market leadership.
Ralph was a big healer for me last night.

Last weekend’s Natural Products Expo West set an attendance record, organizers say: some 56,000 people from across the country packed the Anaheim Convention Center for the four-day event, which ended Sunday.
The Expo was exclusively business to business and not open to the public. But some of the products on display — from gluten-free brownies to organic shampoo to energy drinks – could well appear on local store shelves.

March 11, 2010
I am interested in catching up with Dr. Charles Benbrook,
chief scientist for the organic center. their VIP Dinner
nets the organization near $500,000 fundraising at the
event.
They set out about five or more years ago to
do Mission Organic, 10% by 2010. Last I heard,
we were around 3 %, I want to hear the update.
Some of the best thinkers and PR folks on the organic
side have been donating to this cause, yet where
are the results?
I want to hear how they did, and what they did with
all the money.
