Feelings 19 y
The key to power lies in the thought that stimulates feeling. Are your thoughts and feelings of abundance aligned?
What will more abundance mean to you in full sensorial detail? What will it feel like, sound like, and smell like?
Really take time now, in this moment-to take a deep breath and allow yourself to feel the *feeling* of abundance within you!
If you feel like sharing, please hit the respond button and share your feelings.
Just did a workup on the word ”abundance” on my Visual Thesaurus-what a neat program that is- and here are the free associative words-
Teemingness (sounds like jungle insects to me)
Copiousness
Amplitude
Lushness (I like the feeling of this word)

Quantum Yoga 19 y
All the ancient practices are connected to the primal energy that is US. Movies like "What the Bleep" and scientific research are supporting the ancient "knowing". Funny, there really is nothing new under the sun!
The New Motion of Substance
Practicing the Science of the New Initiation
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The process of Group Initiation (1) is difficult to understand. The idea of a group life is somewhat new, the archetype of the group initiate is still forming, and there are no recognized examples of a group disciple. Thus, it may be easier to understand the new path of evolution if we look at what the practitioner does, rather than what the path is.

Sodarshan Chakra Kriya Meditation
12/12/90 Italy, 8/91 Espanola, NM
By Yogi Bhajan, PhD
”Of all the 20 types of yoga, including Kundalini Yoga, this is the highest kriya. This meditation cuts all darkness. It will give you a new start. It is the simplest kriya, but at the same time the hardest. It cuts through all barriers of the neurotic or psychotic inside-nature. When a person is in a very bad state, techniques imposed from the outside will not work. The pressure has to be stimulated from within. Tragedy of life is when subconscious releases garbage into the ... read more

This is a brief description of the purpose of all yoga.
Kundalini Yoga: The Flow Of Eternal Power

The word kundalini literally means ”the curl of the lock of hair of the beloved.” It is a metaphor, a poetic way of describing the flow of energy and consciousness which already exists within each one of us.
The practices enable you to merge with or ”yoke” with the universal Self. This merging of individual consciousness with universal consciousness creates a ”divine union” called ”yoga.” The technology of Kundalini Yoga applies its science to our bodies and minds ... read more

The navel center is the focus of many spiritual disciplines. The Taoists start and return to the navel center while practicing the microcosmic orbit. (Internal circular breath that starts at the navel, goes down the front to the base of the spine, goes up the back to the crown and back down the front to the navel.) *(1) The internal martial arts initiate moves from the navel or don tien, which is 2-3 inches below the navel.

Self Mastery on The Spiritual Path 19 y
What do you want? You can have it, but freedom is never free.
Why do we choose to practice Kundalini Yoga?
Why do we decide to follow a spiritual path?
Regardless of the path or the practice, one of our primary motivating factors is that we want to change something in our lives.
We want to reduce our inner anxiety and experience peace of mind.
We want to feel better, to be happier, to be healthier.
We want more vitality, more passion, more joy.
We want a better life, loving relationships, meaningful and prosperous work.
We may want to lose weight, sharpen our intuition, or be more in control or our own lives.
The human journey ... read more

If you are flexible, straighten the arms. Alternatively start out in Platfor ... read more

Sacred Sexuality, who, when, why and how long-oh! I mean duration, of course!
Tantra
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
These texts describe the esoteric teachings of Tantra, a belief system which originated in India, praticed by a small number of Hindus and Buddhists. Tantra has become a synonym in the West for unbridled sexuality; however sexuality per se is only one facet of this elaborate spiritual practice, as a representation of the union of the soul with the Goddess. Rather, this attitude reflects the spiritual vacuum of mainstream Western religions when it comes to sacred sexuality. A deep study of Tantra ... read more
Liquid Magnetic Energy 19 y
After Kundalini Rises-What is it Good For?
KUNDALINI ENERGIES
Stretching back into the corridors of time, Asian religions have spoken of a mystical force called the ’Kundalini’. Throughout history many names have been given to this power. Orgone, esprit, loosh, prana, elan vital, and bio-electricity are some of these names.
The rise of the kundalini is linked with a warm liquidly magnetic energy when it rises up the spine. Physical symptoms connected to the opening of the kundalini may include crackling noises at the base of the neck, and unexplained headaches - but be careful about attributing these symbols to rising kunda ... read more
