I got inspired to try the apple diet for just a day after reading your blog. I did it yesterday and felt really good. Apples really do have a cleansing aspect, huh? ; )

Just wanted to encourage you in your next few days since it sounds like you may be struggling a little. But, just get through these hard few hours or day.... and you will be happy you did.
