I'm not one of the experienced gurus:) You said you have been walking and exercising daily. Muscle development can account for a few lbs and increases your metabolic rate. The more tone you achieve, the more fat you'll burn. I'm sure the scale will move... just keep doing what you are doing. Your journey, pros and cons, is inspiring! Colleen
