this stuff IS the dawg!! I used to use the orginal but after trying this, with a little maple syrup, it makes my nightcap of "lax" a lot happier. I find it at my health food store right next to the orginal Smooth Move. I have also found it in one of our upscale groceries so no need to neglect looking there!
