Wont it be great when you have to modify your handle to represent Soon Fat Free!

You certainly have been dealt a hand which would motivate a desire for change!

I hope with the weight, you can consider jettisoning some of the other *weight* in your life like a crackhead significant other!

I am glad you decided to blog. It allows you room to share more and sort of a cyber-thinking room where you can reflect on where you have been, where you wanna go, and how you want to get there.
