I've been reading a few of your blog entries and I am just amazed at how long you've been able to go! Oh and you mentioned how how difficult our brain can be! Too true!! It puts up a defense like it has a brain of it's own! hahaha. Like it tries to talk my "choice" brain - my fasting brain - into thinking how HUNGRY I am and that I NEED food or it will just shut down... but it won't shut down and I AM getting food, just nothing to chew on! My brain misses the chewing... I'll be keeping up with your progress!
