Well it appears we are both starting the cleanser on same day. I've never done it before though and pray I survive 10 days. I'm actually looking forward to it. A coworker is joining me so we have motivation with each other.

I too drank SmoothMove and am in pain as well. I'll try a different one tonight in hopes the pain is reduced. I tried the swf but vommited the whole thing out. I used 2 tablespoons instead of teaspoons. I'm hoping tomorrow morning when I try it again that teaspoons make a big difference.
