Yes all we can really do in life is to try our best. I just wish it wasn't so confusing. One person recommends this, and another person recommends that. I realize that what works for one doesn't necessarily work for another.

To bad when we are born the doctor couldn't hand us a manual on "What to Eat", so we would never get sick and always stay healthy. But if they did that, they would soon be out of a job.:}
